•Data Processing includes Data Input, Spreadsheets, Charts, etc. 
•Research includes Internet Research, i.e., potential customers, product comparisons, etc. 
•Other includes Bulk Mailing, Concierge Service, i.e., Theatre/Restaurant/Holiday Bookings, Paying Bills, etc.
